Phase 2: Kidney Wellness Capsules
Once your routine is established, the capsules provide the next level of herbal support. Designed as a concentrated booster, this phase builds on the tea with targeted support for kidney wellness, circulation, fluid balance, and restorative nourishment.
 
 
Serving Size: 1 tea-bag per day in 8-12 oz of water or 1-2 capsules a day
Do not exceed the daily serving size.
 
Directions: Best if used in combination with Pro Beauty Call's Seamoss and Emmunergy Herbs. Take 1-2 capsules per day or Add 1 tea bag to 8-12 oz of boiling water and let steep for 15 minutes. Some herbs maybe bitter; add honey as needed to assist with bitterness.
 
For best results we recommend:
Detox the kidneys for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 2 weeks at a time before taking a 1-2 week break in between. Its best to take a kidney break with our Lymph Reset to assist the body in removing the extra waste and fluid build up.
Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support liver health.
Abstain from alcohol consumption while detoxing. 
Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the detox to flush out toxins,  and prevent dehydration.
